“Can’t Buy Me Love” “Can’t Buy Me Love” is the only Beatles track that they themselves recorded in a studio outside the UK, namely at EMI’s “Pathe Marconi Studios” in Paris/France, where they were performing 18 days of concerts at the Olympia Theatre.
When the single reached number 1 of the US-American single charts on April 4th, 1964, the Beatles had five of their songs on the first five ranks, which no other band would ever achieve since:
