You can’t go wrong with a bit of Simon & Garfunkel!
There is so much going on in this song, but that made it such an enjoyable challenge to cover as a Duo Session. We love Simon & Garfunkel, and of course, when it comes to harmonies, it’s hard to think of an act that does them better than the duo from New York.
We’ve covered quite a few of their songs over the years (with more coming soon!), and each time we’ve learned something new.
We particularly loved playing around with the dynamics on this one, and as you might be able to tell, we had a blast filming this Duo Session.
Weirdly, we hadn’t heard The Bangles’ version before we started learning this song, even though their version is probably more well-known than the original. Which one do you know better?
Anyway, we hope you’ll enjoy this Duo Session and are sending big, warm hugs your way.
Together, we’ll make it through this winter – unless you’re from the Southern Hemisphere … in which case, no hug for you; we’re too jealous of your sun! 😉
