Mona and Lisa are just so enchanting from their very first videos like Eine Klein Tischmusik to today. Their skills and talent are honed to absolute perfection magic today. I found it here. https://youtu.be/kuaGh-Md3YI?si=YhrZETif9X51r09J

Yeah Thomas! Thanks for sharing the photo of your newly arrived CD album.

Tim

Yeah that is such a sweet and fun video they did. I recognize that blue guitar they used later in the video “All I Have To Do Is Dream”. The boy they played with looks like a young teenage baby faced Paul McCartney. I liked the “rowdy” ending with Mona kicking and bumping into everyone, and Lisa hitting her on the head. 😄

I wish there was a video for Strawberry Fields, like they did for Penny Lane. Their version of these 2 songs has a character, charm and appeal all their own. I love Mona and Lisa’s singing in Strawberry Fields too, it’s different from the original, but has it’s own magic I like to listen to, they add to the song that is very special.

Strawberry Fields

Howard,

I really loved the sense of humour in the video too.

Timo,

I agree about the umbrella too. 😊🌂

What a great idea to burn the CD and print the album covers. Will make a good knock about copy when your CD arrives.

I love this one. Their version of Penny Lane with their vocals is so enchanting, and full of charm, beauty and passion. I get a huge smile everytime I see this, it’s magical, and heartwarming. Penny Lane really feels like a wonderful place to be. Maybe one day, this and Strawberry Fields should make it on an album too. Mona and Lisa add…

When I first saw this, one of the first new videos at the MLT Club, I was blown away just how absolutely beautiful this is. The beautiful song, the incredible singing and harmonies, and two most gorgeous singers I’VE EVER SEEN! 🥰

So wonderful to have this on the album.

Hi Bud!

One thing is very certain with Mona and Lisa, they just keep getting better and better! Every new song, video, album release just keeps expanding the boundaries, and they never cease to impress. Waiting for my CD too, hopefully ours will arrive very soon. 👍😊

Timo

This is so elegant, Mona and Lisa do this Beatles classic brilliant justice. I hope your guitar prowess keeps improving until you can play this one really well.

Howard

I think this is the best music video I have ever seen, beats any of the big videos from the height of music videos in the 80s. God, Mona and Lisa are so charming and beautiful, and their interpretation of Bus Stop is the best of the best.

Chris

YEAH!!! Starman and Now And Then sound awesome in the car, love it. I’m reexperiencing all these songs on the go, and it’s all so wonderful. What an incredible album.

Mona and Lisa are supreme guitar heroes too!

From Beatle and More Volume 2.

I am certain I can speak for many here when I say Mona and Lisa are my all time greatest music heroes. Been loving Beatles and More Volume 4, listening to it non stop on the jukebox, and can’t wait for the CD and coaster set to arrive. “Please, Mr. Postman, look and see, Is there a parcel, a parcel for me? I’ve been standin’ here waitin’,…

Yes, BAM #4 is a most wonderful and enchanting 42 minutes, that transports you to another beautiful and infinitely better place, and when you return, it feels like wow that time passed quickly, but in fact you went to a wonderful place that was timeless, full of joy, beauty and wonder!

Wow Daryl, it sounds like an amazing time and experience you had in Nashville, and best of all you acquired some great new lead guitar and guitar riff creativity skills. Nice that one of the group members is originally from my neck of the woods. Thanks for sharing the photos and experience, you look like a true rocker in the photos! And…

That was a great video, I did enjoy it, and how inspiring. Dan was certainly an amazing true artist to the core. I do notice many parallels with Mona and Lisa’s artistic vision and philosophy. They both never repeat themselves artistically sharing the same philosophy as the Beatles, and will not bend their artistic integrity to the…

Thanks for posting the video about Dan, I look forward to watching it when I get home tonight. I learned a lot about Dan Fogelberg from your posts. I knew of his name and some of his hit songs from over the years. I admire him even more now understanding how much of a true artist he is from everything you shared about him.

Howard,

I’d be interested in seeing that video about Dan.

Howard

Me too, I was fascinated to hear Mona was reading Carl Jung. And Lisa read Oscar Wilde’s (a renowned classical literature writer) “Picture of Dorian Gray”. I remember in the “Ask the MLT” forum (AKA FAQs) where Mona and Lisa used to answer questions asked by Club Members, I was impreseed with how their replies were often so eloquent…

Yes, they both draw a loyal fan base, that counts more than people who just chase a sensation, and then are gone. Mona and Lisa, and Dan are true artists, the real deal, and fans love their artistry and admire them for their artistic integrity.
