I’ve been following Sina about as long as I’ve been following MLT. Sina is a great drummer…..I don’t care for some of her musical selections, but she plays the drums with abandon. She has a little bit of Buddy Rich in her. And her technique is great.

I was just thinking that most of the Beatles’ songs were in major keys and was generally “happy music”. I cannot think of a song they did in a minor key except maybe ‘Baby’s in Black’. Also, I was speculating if all four were around and could bounce ideas off of each other.

That sounds like my kind of field trip!! I had the blue and red Beatles 8-tracks when they were released and played them at the pizza place where I worked as background music for the workers and customers. It got to the point where everyone got tired of the 8-tracks except for me. Mike.

In one of the mid-Atlantic states. The worst days were Wednesday/Thursday. I had to turn lights on in the house around 4 PM each day. Yesterday the AQI was in the moderate zone which showed some clearing and today It has cleared out. Mike

The song could have many interpretations concerning interpersonal relationships, dealing with the government, or dealing with the music industry……….which they opted not to do so. Sounds like one of those lovable, intentionally vague, MLT songs. Mike.

Yeah, I know what you mean Jung. My mother had Alzheimer’s and the last 4 to 5 years of her life she became someone I did not know. Over the last 2 years she didn’t know who I was and it was almost a blessing when she passed. Still I wouldn’t wish that disease on anyone.

I just found that this morning that Canadian singer-songwriter Gordon Lightfoot passed away yesterday at 84. He was one of my favorites and he kept on having shows until he recently fell ill.

In the above response, I was attempting to highlight music that was new and different for me and molded the way I liked music. For others, I’m sure it would be other songs and moments. Mike.
