Yes, I always thought if Paul, George and Ringo would have gotten together and needed a fourth bandmate that Jeff would have been a good choice. No one could replace John but I think Jeff would have fit nicely.

Haha, I just watched that Peter Kay video. I liked the Bobby Gentry one the best. Yeah, there’s songs I’ve been singing wrong for 50 years. Even after I know the right words I still sing my own versions.

The night before you posted these songs I was watching an interview with George Harrison. I knew him and Jeff had worked together quite a bit but I didn’t know how close they were, like brothers. He talked a lot about Jeff and working together. I’m sure glad they did The Wilbury’s together.

A lot of good songs in your posts. I never knew of that Jeff Lynne band before. Those are some really good songs. I know Jeff is well known in the music industry but still a bit underrated I think. He should be thought of as one of the greatest of all times, both playing and producing.

Yep, I agree with your last statement too. I’ll keep looking. A lot of times I’ll remember the catch phrase of the lyrics and think that’s the song title. When I look it up I find out the title is similar or completely different. Oh well, it’s still fun looking.

Yeah it’s a shame that neither one is in the Hall of Fame. They both should be. Maybe they will be one day but it would be nice while Randy is still alive. I think all the members of the Guess Who are still alive but both of Randy’s brother’s from BTO have passed away.
