I remember both of these very well….. although I haven’t heard the Bismark one in a REALLY long time. But I had Gordon Lightfoot back in my 8-track and cassette days. Yeah, I’ve heard good things about these surgeries…. and your right….. PT is the most important part along with keeping it iced down to prevent inflammation. Which inhibits mobility for PT….
