I can’t help but agree that Alex and Geddy know what they are doing. The Stones are still going without Charlie and it never stopped The Who either.
I only saw them live once, but it was more than memorable. I would go see them on the current tour but even this far ahead my schedule is booked on other events, and I won’t travel elsewhere to fit it in.

Ed, I really don’t know if he tours in the US these days. He spends a lot of time in Alberta and Western Canada. I wouldn’t say he’s done touring/appearing in the US though. Next time I speak with him I’ll ask.

Interesting info. Gord’s lyrics often belied the turmoil in his heart and soul. He had a very “challenging” life as many recording artists do. But he eventually conquered his demons, they did take a huge toll on his health though.

I spoke with Duane about the cover of that song. I was curious about royalty payments and such. Turns out he paid next to nothing to record it on his album. The first artist that does pays the heavy fees, by the time Duane covered it there had been lots of previous ones.
