Good point, Timo. My mind and heart are ready to jump back in, but I’m not so sure about my fingertips. I had the same thought, softer strings to start should make those first few weeks / months a lot easier.

You’re absolutely right, Howard. Many are in their twilight years. If there’s any bright side at all, it’s that we pause to honor these wonderful voices and the songs that mean so much to all of us.

I read the sad news this morning. Back in the 70’s, Blood, Sweat and Tears was one of my favorite bands. Still have there 8-track. So many great songs they recorded. I know all these guys are in the same age group 75-85, but it sure seems over the past 12 months we’ve lost way too many of these iconic musicians. Bummer.
